I took a considerable amount of time to get quotes for a new roof and from my first initial meeting with Chris from CP Roofing Solutions, I was immediately impressed. Chris was one of the only companies who took time to go away and calculate a quote based on facts, materials and measurements. From arrival on site, the team cleaned up at the end of every shift, they worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed on time. They prepared everything meticulously including fully covering the roof to prevent any water ingress during the process and also completely lined our loft prior to works starting. Supporting by the foreman Dale, the team have delivered a high quality roof which offers added kerb appeal to our 1900 house which now boasts a beautiful new Spanish slate roof, with stunning detail to the lead work as well as anthracite powder coating along the top of the roof. Chris is highly professional, no question is left unanswered and works with integrity as well as offering first class customer care. Slate roof repair after recent storm damage carried out by CPRS. Chris contacted me within an hour of sending an email enquiry with attached pictures of affected roof area. A quote was provided and we were booked in for the following week. The 3 man team carried out the work in poor weather conditions but never stopped once the had started. Numerous damaged loose/damaged slates replaced along with lead flashing. We opted for a full slate roof replacement by CP Roofing Solutions , inc. replacing rotten timbers, replacement leadwork, new guttering & downpipes, replacement skylights & painting. Unprompted Chris sent the guys round to patch up the worst holes & leaks in the roof until our rebuild started, which was very much appreciated. As the full reslate drew nearer Chris communicated clearly what the plan was. Aaron, Callum, Tam & the rest of the team were friendly & polite, well-presented and clearly took great pride in their work and worked well as a team. Their attention to detail was first class, they tidied up our garden & driveway every day and were considerate of our neighbours. We had other trades in whilst the roof work was taking place and they worked seamlessly around them. The roof work involved the rebuilding of the main chimney and when the stonework below the chimney needed additional work Chris communicated this quickly & clearly - letting us know the additional cost involved before informing the stonemason to proceed.
