If you’re dealing with a minor issue, a single leak, or visible roof damage, sending photos is often the quickest way for us to understand what’s happening. This option allows us to review your images and provide:

  1. Initial advice based on what we can see
  2. Whether the issue can be quoted from photos
  3. Whether a full roof survey is recommended
  4. If the problem appears minor or urgent

 

You’ll receive a clear response from our team — usually without needing anyone to visit the property.

What to Photograph

  • To help us give accurate guidance, please include:
  • The affected area (close-up)
  • A wider shot showing its position on the roof
  • Any internal signs of leaks (if relevant)
  • Gutters, flashings or slates if they appear damaged

Option B

Request a Roof Survey (£100+VAT)

A paid roof survey is the most reliable way for us to fully assess your roof and provide a comprehensive breakdown of recommended work. It is ideal for:

  • Full roof replacements
  • Large or complex repairs
  • Persistent or recurring leaks
  • Commercial properties
  • Insurance-related reports
  • Issues that cannot be diagnosed from photos

The survey fee helps ensure only genuine enquiries are booked while allowing us to dedicate the right time and detail to each inspection.
